Special notes/terms and conditions
- All payments are due within 3 days of the date of the booking. All credit cards will be charged accordingly and a 3 % processing fee shall be applied to all credit card charges. - All prices include VAT (18%). - Any hotel booking may be cancelled without penalty until 3 days before arrival date unless otherwise noted in the confirmation of booking. - November is high season for hotels in Moscow and reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. - Submission of this order form indicates the Exhibitor's agreement to all terms and conditions outlined above. |
